We all begin somewhere, and for me, it started in the world of diet and fitness. I realized that everyone needs to eat balanced meals that match their body's needs in terms of quality and quantity. In our busy lives, it's often hard to stay on top of healthy eating. Many struggle because they don't have the time, knowledge, or help to cook nutritious meals. That's where ready-made meals come in, making it easier to stay healthy.

In 2016, I founded Nutritas Deliciously Healthy with culinary experts. Today, Nutritas is a leading company delivering customized meals to over 100 subscribers in Lebanon.

Our mission at Nutritas is simple: to provide personalized, nutritious, and tasty ready-made meals that help with weight management. We offer various diets like keto, vegan, balanced carbs, high protein, and detox. We also have a wide range of snacks, including low-calorie, keto, gluten-free, vegan, and high-protein options.

Story of Cheer Up Class

My journey is one of passion, sports, and transformation.

From a young age, I've been drawn to sports and challenges. My athletic pursuits have encompassed a diverse range of disciplines, from professional swimming and tennis to table tennis, triathlons, and running. Throughout my athletic odyssey, I've not only acquired knowledge but also gleaned invaluable wisdom from rigorous training and competing on championship stages. Undoubtedly, it's been a challenging path, but this relentless pursuit has been my life's driving force.

As I ventured into the realms of dietetics and fitness training, one guiding principle became abundantly clear: "Every individual should engage in a minimum of 150 minutes of physical activity per week." To me, exercise wasn't just a choice; it was a non-negotiable element of holistic well-being. Yet, convincing my community to embrace this philosophy proved to be an uphill battle. Many embarked on their fitness journeys with zeal, only to falter and lose enthusiasm quickly. Repetitive routines and uninspiring music left them feeling disengaged, with minutes dragging like hours. Staying committed became arduous, especially during times of exhaustion, stress, or anxiety. For some, the lack of immediate results led to abandonment of their fitness aspirations.

Determined to make a tangible impact in the lives of my clients, I set out on a transformative quest. This journey led me to explore various online fitness class concepts. I discovered that fitness instructors worldwide were introducing dynamic and effective workouts, such as Zumba and belly dance classes, promising weight loss and calorie burn without monotony. I, like many, decided to give these workouts a try. However, I couldn't shake the feeling that something was amiss. The routines often felt overly intricate, the music unfamiliar, and motivation waned. Instructors placed undue emphasis on perfection, leaving participants uninspired, and the calorie burn rarely met expectations.

In response, I embarked on a mission to provide a solution for those seeking exercise with genuine enthusiasm. The answer lay in a straightforward, motivating, high-energy, and enjoyable workout: dance aerobics. This unique fitness class was meticulously designed to infuse positivity and cheerfulness into every session, making it effortless to stay committed, even on low-energy days. In just 60 minutes, participants could torch a substantial number of calories (up to 700 kcal per session), facilitating sustainable weight loss. The carefully curated music, a blend of Arabic, English, Spanish, and French tunes, ensured seamless movement through well-designed, enjoyable steps, incorporating dance patterns and aerobic moves to enhance aerobic fitness, flexibility, and coordination.

It's true that many trainers have promoted the efficacy of their classes. However, disillusionment often sets in when promised calorie burn remains elusive. You may question the credibility of these trainers, wondering about their qualifications and the evidence supporting their claims.

In conclusion, my mission transcends mere fitness or dance classes. I'm here to guide, inspire, and motivate my community to maintain a consistent exercise regimen, regardless of the challenges they encounter. I firmly believe that my unique and inspiring philosophy, seamlessly fusing fitness and dance, empowers individuals to set and achieve their physical and psychological goals. My ultimate aim is to facilitate a healthier, fitter, and happier life for all.
